Want to quickly learn a language? I've read an interesting blog post by Tim Ferriss, who is a lifestyle guru who's published a book based on the theme of his site: working a four hour week. He talks about deconstructing a language to learn it quicker: How to Learn (But Not Master) Any Language in 1 Hour (Plus: A Favor). He advocates when starting learning a language to first analyse where there may be difficulties in learning the language. Looking for difficulties in this way creates also means that you analyse the grammar of the language.
